Through the MOON!!

HI There,

I know I keep saying this but - Yish it has been hot and I really can't wait for it to get to like 80. That sounds funny huh?

Broken record here but the last batch of Pumpkin-pie-cheese-bites are a big hit. Very good with RediWhip. I guess I do have Iron Willpower not to keep eating these things all day.

For those of you that might be new to this or to me, I want you to know that the way I eat NOW, is the way I eat to maintain my weight. When I was trying to lose I was more STRICT. Read back on my old posts and you can see what I ate then. Less sweets I am sure.

I have been staying at around 148 and am a size 6 which I have to tell you just sends me thru the moon. As long as I stay between 145-150 I am happy.
I still can't believe after all this time how different I look in the old pictures compared to now. I still can't believe that was ME!

Well anyway, I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE the way I eat now and would not trade it for anything in the world. I love that I can control myself now, where I never could before. I love that I allow myself those 1-3 bites of something not so great once in a while.

That keeps me sane and normal feeling. But to be honest with you - I just don't care how anyone else eats anymore. My Achilles Heel is and always has been sweets more than any other kind of food. I am so happy that I have found so many healthy sweet treat recipes now that I can share with you.

I must eat something sweet every day or I think I might die. LOL

I Will NEVER go back to the way I ate before or the way everyone else eats. Once you get you eyes set on your goal of where you want to be,
NEVER LOOK AWAY!! I mean it! Be strict with yourself and you WILL get there!

Here's what I've been eating:
My dinner last night was the chicken I made the other night and broccoli and brussel sprouts.
Breakfast this morning was 1 biscuit, 1 pumpkin-cheese muffin, turkey bacon and berries.
For lunch I made a pot of Chorrizo-Kale soup.  So Spicy Good.
For Lunch I ate a bowl and 2 homemade corn tortillas with chia seeds inside.
Snack: So you know me and my sweet tooth I ate a little bit of So Delicious vanilla S.F. Ice cream. - just a little.

Dinner I ate another bowl of the soup. And after for desert 2 more of the Pumpkin-pie-cheese-bites with RediWhip.

Boy sometimes I feel like I am eating too much - but then when I see it on here, not so bad Huh?

Thanks for listening and have a great day.

This is PurpleRosy signing off...

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
