Monday starting week 50: The Belly Fat Cure

Hello Fellow BFC 'rs,


Well today is my 52nd birthday and this is the skinniest and best I have felt in over 20 years. I am only 2 weeks away from my 1 year anniversary of doing The Belly Fat Cure. I started out at a very tight size 18 and 20's and now I am a size 10. 


I did all this in just 1 year!! Can you Believe it!


Look, if I can do this at my age - SO CAN YOU! Just stick to it and the weight will come off. 


If you are having trouble losing - here are some tips that I follow:
  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm. 
  • Make sure you drink lots of water. 
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels. 
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. 
  • Check labels, if it says sugar free - look for....sucralose, aspartamesaccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (the link to buy the super seed is on my blog and is the cheapest way, buy 2 and shipping is free).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
  • Also track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.

  2. Oh and a question....is your coffee caffeinated right? Its not decaf?? I don't remember where I read, but some diet said watch the caffeine, just wanna make sure i get everything right this time around on my new years' resolution. :) :)

The side effects are great too because now you look fabulous in all the latest styles you choose.
