Good Morning,
I only have a few minutes before I go to work. Boy - now I understand how difficult it is to be out in public and trying to eat and be healthy when everyone else is NOT!!
I've had my job now since the beginning of December. There are about 15-20 people there. They ALWAYS have mexican pastries, cakes on birthdays, and are always eating all the stuff I used to love - right in front of me at lunch.
There are times it is hard to say no, and I do have just a bit. But I do know now how to control myself - which is KEY for me.
I KNOW I cannot EVER eat the way I used to - NEVER!!
I was VERY strict with my eating ALL THE TIME to lose all that weight. But I want you to know - If I continue to eat that same way for EVER - I will continue to lose weight and waste away to nothingness.
That being said, I will forever eat this way - HEALTHY, but I eat a bit differently to make sure I don't keep losing. I always make my homemade healthy sweet treats and have at least 1 a day - and sometimes 2.
Because I CAN!! LOL - and I LOVE SWEETS - That's one of the things that got me so big.
Well - I gotta go to work now. Have a great day! Don't give up - Remember YOU CAN DO IT!!
This is PurpleRosy signing off...
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.
