Sorry its Been a Bit...

Hello friends,

I'm really sorry I haven't posted in a little bit. I've been very busy and stressed at work, then I come home and me and my furry kids go for a long walk, then I make my dinner, try to relax and go to bed start the same thing over the next day.

One of my brothers in Michigan and two of his kids for practically adults now, are coming to visit me for a few days, Friday Saturday Sunday Monday. I'm very excited to see them. Its been about two and a half years. Can't wait.

Yesterday Hubby went with us walking after work and we actually wound up walking 4.11 miles. OMG I was tired after and was already tired after work. He likes it now, no more complaining.

I made a pot of UN-stuffed cabbage tonight for dinner and probably for the next few days too.

I used Turkey, canned tomatoes, cabbage, onion, celery, zucchini, garlic, a can of coconut milk, chicken bullion, bay leaves, sea salt, cumin, and kale.

I'm doing this from my cell phone. Lol.

Keep eating healthy.

Well gotta try to get some sleep now. Have a good one.

How are you all doing?

This is PurpleRosy signing off.

Keep on BFC'n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
