Would have been a Ton

Hello Everyone,

Today is a gorgeous day over here in Southern California. But alas - I have nothing to do. So I really appreciate all the comment about the Bra thingy. I guess this weekend I will either go to Nordstroms, V.S. or Macys and get fitted AGAIN.  I just don't really want to spend a ton of money cause its a little sparse, but like you said I gotta raise the Girls up!!

Here's what I ate yesterday;
breakfast;
I sauted a little onion, and baby spinach then added in a cut up left over turkey patty - scrambled in 3 eggs and split in half w/hubby and topped with a little cheese and 1 Oasis toast w/peanut butter.

lunch;
Well I was supposed to go to Marias and Lisas in Pasadena and take Lisa to the eye doc. She said they were gonna dilate her eyes and she was not supposed to drive.

So I got ready to go around 11:30 cause it takes 45 min to get there, her appt was at 1:30pm. I left and stopped at our PO box then to Sam's club to get gas, since it is always the cheapest - and she calls me.

She said she dropped off her car at the dealer the day before to get her GPS installed and wants to know if I will drive her over there to get the car after the appt?

So if we get done w/her appt by 3ish - then I have to drive her in her rental car to the car dealer (1 hour away) - then drive her car back to Pasadena in the thick of California rush hour traffic - then drive myself back home to Chino Hills - I told her I might get home after 9pm and that would have been a TON of driving so no thanks.

Well anyway she did not get her eyes dilated and I went back home. I already made a tortilla w/cheese and meat in the car so I ate that when I got home.

Then I made some Sinful Cinnamon Cakes - They are so buttery and fluffy and good - you just have to make sure to not overcook them. Its a little hard to tell with the Almond flour.
And Oh Yeah - those are Hearts.
I was on Publishers Clearing House website entering to win - (well you never know) and you know all that junk they try to sell? Well they had these on there and I bought them.
Silicone Baking Cups
Of course I ate one when they were done. I LOVE these.

Me and the Fluffy girls went for our 2.5 mile walk and it was about 70 outside and awesome weather.

dinner; was a spinach salad, some broccoli and wings. I always just eat wing when I have no idea what to eat.

desert was a coconut vanilla 2 min muffin.

My thought for the day:

The Secret Work

The work an unknown good man has done is like a vein of water flowing hidden underground, secretly making the ground green.

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
