Good Morning Friends,

This morning when I was in the bathroom, I bring my phone cause it might take a minute. LOL - You know what I mean, right? I was looking on Twitter on my phone and saw Debbie Ford made this tweet;

We are designed to function as part of a greater whole.


I really like this and think it applies to all of us here. I think that one of the main reasons that I have been so successful on the BFC and losing weight is from all the support that I get and have given. I feel that I am part of  one big whole. 


If you are new here, let me tell you that without support, it will be much harder. So if you have not already, click join this blog to the left and start posting comments and any concerns or whatever in the comment section below. We all as a hole group will try our best to answer right away and help in any way we can to help you succeed in your weight loss goals too.

Here's what I ate yesterday;
breakfast; 4/1
I made some pumpkin pancakes w/turkey bacon and a few blueberries. 


lunch; 3/1
I made an Almond Crust pizza, This time I made the crust the alternative way with the spices and cheese inside. I cut the recipe in half and used 1/2 cup of the almond flour w/1egg. It was awesome like this.
and a spinach salad.
The weather was great yesterday around 78 maybe. The poochies and me went for a 2.5 mile wonderful brisk walk. 


no snack - I got busy and forgot.


dinner;  3/1
The last piece of blackened salmon w/broccoli and some Kimchee (spicy cabbage) 
after dinner; 2 squares of 86% dark chocolate and rediwhip in a bowl.

  3. I haven't tried the almond pizza crust yet and think I might give it a try tonight. Enjoy your weather, we got a little snow last night and the temperature is supposed to drop over the weekend!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
