Have a Loving Day...

Hello Friends and Happy Valentines day,
Thanks for all the responses and emails yesterday about Reslina. I sent out a bunch of free bottles yesterday and still have a few left I can give away. So please email me (info@nutritionalearth.com) with your info; full name, address and phone and go to the Nutritional Earth Facebook page and click like and you will get one too.

I appreciate any referrals you can send to the page to click like also. Thanks.

I haven't walked for 2 days now, Sunday I went to the movies and yesterday it was been a bit rainy and cold. But today I will definitely go with my 2 furry besties. I feel guilty when I don't go so I am looking forward to it.

Yesterday I ate;
breakfast;  4/1
I made some Almond Pancakes, they came out kind of thin so I ate 4 w/turkey bacon, berries and Natures Hollow on top.

I made another batch of those amazing lemon cookies, went to the post office.

Lunch;  2/1
I was kind of starving by the time this was done and ate the whole thing. Cauliflower crust pizza. YUM

dinner;  1/1
This was so good. tofu shirataki noodles w/broccoli, a salmon patty cut up and some pesto sauce and shredded parmesan on top.

desert; I got a little carried away cause my tummy hurt from not starting my monthly yet and I had a cup of decaf tea w/2 lemon cookies and 2 squares of Girhardelli 86% dark chocolate.

I hope everyone has a great Loving day today spending it with someone they love.

Thanks for listening and big hugs for all.

This is PurpleRosy signing off...

My thought for the day:

  2. I have a question...if I stay within the 15/6 limit, should I still be careful of how much I eat? Or can I chow down a huge T-bone? Should I be teaching myself to not be a pig???
    Thanks,
    Crystal

    1. Yes Crystal - you for instance can't eat a ton of cheese just because its 0/0. You should stay within the proper portion sizes. I know it's hard at first, but your tummy will get used to it. :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
