Hi Everybody,
Well for some reason none of you could figure out my picture thingy before. I put this really cool gadget with tabs, so all you had to do was click on the tabs to see the after pictures. But you gals couldn't figure it out so TADA! I put the before and after pics back up. It really is amazing to see the difference side by side.
I must have gone to 6 stores today looking for those Clemmy O's and the unsweetened So Delicious ice cream. Nothing. Darlene told me that they have them at the Ralph's in Brea. Which is about 40 min away in no traffic. I am trying to not have to do that - I don't want them to melt by the time I get them home.
That would be funny right?? I go thru all that Southern California traffic, finally get some, then get home and they are all mush........ Well I guess I could bring a little cooler and some blue ice thingy's. We'll see.
I have really been enjoying my evening walks. I walk just under 3.5 miles every night. It makes me feel great! I am like a lot of you and have no gumpshion to exercise at all. But the power walks I just love. I get to take my 2 besties for the first lap, then put them back home and go 3 more times by myself. I get to see and talk to tons of neighbors that I would have never seen otherwise. The dogs get to socialize and that is really healthy for them. We meet new doggie friends for them all the time. The 3 of us really look forward to our nightly walk.

My thought for the day:
Fresh Perspective
Form the habit of making decisions when your spirit is fresh. To let dark moods lead you is like choosing cowards to command your armies.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Hi Rosie. Well actually if you look around, most people are overweight, so they shouldn't really have been eating all the good food. I love to people watch on the beach, and believe me, most people need to lose that belly and more! So Whoop Whoop!!1 XOXO Have a great weekend. Packing up the pups and heading out of town! Oh, and I did know how the piture thingy worked. I like it the way you have it now though!
ReplyDeleteHey Rosalie - I loved your tabs! I put some on my blog too! Are you telling me that no one sees them, and I should just take them off?hrm.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the same boat with you and the Clemmy's. If I want to buy some, the closest Rosaeur's is about 45 minutes away. I don't know if it's worth it. Maybe I should request it at my local store..
I agree with Pattie, Rosalie! Most people eat the way they want, but they are overweight or obese! Also, We ARE eating 'the good food!' The sugar just gives me a belly ache now. I bet if you ate some you would feel the same too.
My weigh in day was yesterday - update your sidebar to 133.6, please!
WHOOP WHOOP!
Rosalie;
ReplyDeleteThe coconut bread is 1/0 for a one ounce portion. The whole loaf of bread is right around 16 ounces. My slices are usually around 1/2 ounce each.
