Well I have been running a bunch of errands the past 2 days and had to eat out. I usually wind up just eating a salad with meat in it or something like that. I have not been shopping for any more new clothes but, I did finally bought a pair of shape-ups shoes. They had 3 different kinds, 3 heights for walking, and walk/running, and running I didn't know that. I remember seeing them in the mall at Christmas time for $120. It was too much for me then but I saw them for $79 so I got a pair. They have a tall soul that curves and it is supposed to tone your legs. So since I already walk fast with my 2 dogs every day, I thought I would start with the tallest ones for walking. I felt like I was on a boat at first. It was funny. I think it will help tone my thighs and butt, that's what I have left to lose.
I said on a prior post that I haven't had my afternoon fiber (Super Seed ) for about 4-5 days now. Only the morning Metamucil. I wanted to see if I can go without it. Well - I can't. I am going to start it back up right away. I am one of those people that need the extra fiber on this diet. I am not sure how others do it, but I have had a problem with that from the beginning. I feel like I've gained a pound without it.
(And yes - I mix the Super seed with water)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
