Hi Guys and Gals. Sorry I didn't blog yesterday, It was such a busy, tiring day. My hubby and I were moving some stuff from the old house to the new house. Almost done. I was actually playing in the water washing a bunch of stuff with the hose and a broom that looks like a brush. It was fun but tiring, but I got too much sun. I felt a little toasted after.
My weight has stayed consistent the past few days, 188.5 lbs. I really like to keep everything simple for my meals. My husband is on a different schedule than me and likes to eat later than me. So we kind of just fend for ourselves. No kids at home, so its easy. I usually make him a piece of meat at dinner time and he will eat when he wants. He is not entirely on the BFC. He eats fruit, and some stuff I don't.
Some people comment to me on how I am so strict with my diet. I feel - if you are going to do something, you should do it right. No screw - ups. I am doing this for my self and no one else. So why mess it up? Don't get me wrong, I do take a bite of something once in a great while, but you have to stop yourself at just that 1 bite.
So - not only do I have energy to run up and down the stairs, and walk fast with my 2 dogs every day, but I started exercising a bit. Remember I said I am allergic to it? Well now that I shed 50 lbs, I am trying. Just a little - I don't want to scare myself. LOL.
Thanks for listening. love to all of my BFC friends. Please leave your comments.
My thought for the day: “The older you get, the tougher it is to lose weight because by then, your body and your fat are really good friends”
Keep on BFC 'n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.
