Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast: smart and delicious tortilla w/cheese, 2 eggs, 2 cups of coffee w/truvia, metamucil, half and half and cinnamon.
Lunch: 1 pork chop, 1/2 cup of instant mashed potatoes, and spinach sauted in olive oil with garlic.
snack: 1 low fat baby bell cheese, and my garden of life/super seed (fiber) mixed with water.
Dinner: salad w/greens and spinach, bacon bits and feta cheese on top with ranch, and the other pork chop.
snack: 2 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate.
Just so you know, I never thought this would work for me. When my husband told me about the book, I said "well I'll look at it but I'm not gonna promise you that I will do it". If you're anything like me, eating what ever I wanted - when ever I wanted. Also I am totally allergic to exercise. LOL! Not necessary! Too much work. Love to walk though. And now look at me running up and down the stairs in our new house. I love to run up them too.
Well anyways, thanks for listening. Lots of love to all my BFC buddies. Please leave your comments.
My thought for the day: The virtue lies in the struggle, not in the prize.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

I am looking into getting a new scale. what kind do you have and are you happy with it ?? I have an old one and I would love to get one that told me .5 increments..
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Laurie
Laurie, I got a new scale half way thru this. It is just a simple digital scale that says half lb increments. works fine for me. Just remember that if the new scale is say, 5 lbs heavier than the old one - you have to adjust your starting weight. So if your old scale said you started at 200, and your new scale says 205 - then your new staring weight is 205.
