This morning I weighed 190 lbs. If you are following me , that's a whopping 48 lbs total. I still can't believe that I did that all by myself. So if I want to get down to my goal of 150 lbs. I have 40 more to go by the end of the year.
I think going up and down all the stairs is helping. You know when you move to a new location there is allot of unpacking to do for quite a while. So up and down I go all day. Last night I got a cramp in my left calf real bad. That's probably what is was from.
I think it is all catching up to me though. I am not feeling up to par this morning. So .....what did I eat yesterday???
Breakfast: 2 packets of instant cream of wheat w/truvia and 2 strips of turkey bacon w/ 2 cups of coffee w/truvia, half and half, and cinnamon.
Lunch: 1 smart and delicious tortilla w/ turkey, swiss cheese, mustard, and spinach leafs. Also I had a few pork rinds that I had left.
Dinner: salad mixed with spinach and all that good lettuce stuff, and a pork chop, and after my 2 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate.
Compare that to everything that I used to eat before...WOW!!
If you are new to this, don't to expect to eat this little right away. I used to eat my 2 snacks in between and I always ate all my 6 carbs each day. I still went to bed starving every night and woke up starving every morning. After a while - my body got used to the new way of eating and now I am not hungry any more.
Also I figured out that you have to eat those 3 meals a day. Just like a child or a pet likes a routine, I guess our bodies do too.
Well thanks for listening. Lots of love to all my BFC friends. Please leave your comments.
My thought for the day: The tragedy in life doesn't lie in not reaching your goal. The tragedy lies in having no goal to reach.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.
