This morning I weighed in at 202.5lbs. I can't believe I will soon be below 200lbs.
It's funny - when I see that Jenny Craig commercial on TV with that guy from Seinfeld show saying..... I used to be fat - now I lost 30lbs and I'm thin. Wow!!
I lost over 36lbs now and still have at least 50 more to go, and I feel thiner already. My waist is so much smaller than it was - so I feel like I accomplished allot already. I am going to keep on doing what I am doing. It seems to be working for me, so why rock the boat??
Occasionally I feel a little jealous when I see other people eating all that good food that I used to. But I try to let it go in one part of my brain and then out the other.

How to convert Sugar to Stevia

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

ReplyDeleteHI, First time I saw your blog. I'm glad that I am not the only one not losing this weight quickly! I have been on BFC since Jan 3rd and have only lost 28 lbs. I thought I would lose 4-9 lbs per week like the BFC book states on the front cover! I do not exercise at all except for the walking I do at home and work. I can't wait to get under that 200 mark. I started at 232 lbs. 2 MORE TO GO..... then I'll have about 50-60 more left! I can't find a lot of the foods he suggests. Can you?
