Today I went out and bought a new digital scale. With the old one I never knew what my real weight was. I would get on it would say 208 then get off and right back on again and it would say 203. I actually couldn't wait to try it and see what my real weight is. Harvey left a comment several days ago about that. He said that when I get a new scale the weight will be way off, and he was right. The new digital scale was 7lbs higher than the old dial one. So now I have to adjust my starting weight to accommodate my new scale.
I read - I think it was on Amber's blog, to sprinkle some ground flax seeds on my cottage cheese. I tried it today with my lunch, YUCK! Don't do that its blachy!
I am trying to get as much fiber as I can, and as much as I hate Psyllium husks, I put some in my protein shake yesterday. Today no problem with #2. So I guess I just have to suck it up and do that every day until I feel regular.
Thanks for listening - Please leave your comments.
My thought for today: Will someone else click on the follow me thing? I have 13 followers and that is a unlucky number. (Examples: Friday the 13th movie, there is no 13th floor in hotels, there is only 12 eggs in a dozen.) I can't think of anything else.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.
