"I think I can make these BFC friendly. Lets see shall we?? Challenge ACCEPTED!!" :-)
Mine didn't come out as beautiful as theirs but they sure smelled good baking in the oven.
I Give YOU The BFC BROWKIE....
My batch made 14 and 2 left over cookies
each one has S/C of 1-sugar and 14g of carbs
It was a tiny bit time consuming because I had to make 2 different things at the same time.
First I made a batch of *chocolate-coconut flour bread
recipe here; http://purplerosy.blogspot.com/p/coconut-flour-breads.html
I filled the bottom of each muffin with the chocolate dough and sprayed the pan with coconut oil spray first. The silicone muffins worked WAY better and came out easier.
Next I made a batch of *Almost Sugar free Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
recipe here; http://purplerosy.blogspot.com/p/cookies.html
I made the batch of cookies into 16, 14 for the muffins then I had 2 left over. These are my favorite cookies.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Next time I might make them using my grain free Brownie recipe instead of the coconut flour bread. Coconut flour bread is more dense and the grain free brownie is more moist but I wasn't sure if the flavors would mix well with the beans in the recipe. Well anyways - for now I have 13 more of these babies to eat up. Yippee :-)
ENJOY!!
Creative!
ReplyDeleteinteresting. A little time consuming, though. :)
