How is everyone doing today?? How is the weather where you are?? Over here in Southern California the past couple days it has been a bit chilly (in the low 50's) - well for us anyway. The sky is clear and blue and makes it great to go out for my daily walks with my furry girls. Yesterday was 2 miles but the day before was only 1 mile. If the weather permits where you , try to go out walking EVERY day... It is easy and the best exercise you can get and ALWAYS makes me feel better no matter what kind of mood I was in to start with.
My Breakfast yesterday - The MOST important meal of the day; was 2 Oasis toast with some butter and my Homemade-peanut butter, turkey bacon, eggs and berries.
Lunch; was Shirataki noodles, turkey meatballs, some Monte Bene pasta sauce and some nutritional yeast and Tapatio (hot sauce) on top. Oh yeah - and a chocolate-cheesecake muffin after.
Hubby and I left to go look at a house again. It is one we have looked at twice already. We are still waiting for the short sale but just want to make sure that there is something better while we wait. But we decided that the short sale house has the least amount of stuff to fix in it, so we are gonna try to be patient.
For dinner; Hubby was working nights again and tonight too so I had wings ( the tequila lime ones) and some broccoli and about 6 brussel sprouts.
I got out of the shower this morning and was gonna get dressed and look what I came out to.

For breakfast this morning I made my 3-flour healthy pancakes. I have 3 for today and 3 left over for tomorrow.
I am so happy to see new people joining us on here every day and starting the BFC and trying to get healthy. Notice the list of other blogs on the right and join them too. It works better and is easier when we all support each other.

Ha...I had the tequila lime chicken wings for dinner last night, too! I should walk in the afternoon when it gets warmer, like you, but I'm usually a morning walker and it's just toooooo darn cold! Have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteDo you think not eating anything until 1 or 2pm could be making me keep weight? I don't eat a lot once I do eat. And I eat pretty healthfully. ...
ReplyDeleteStecey you really do need to eat 3 meals a day and eat within 2 hours of waking up. You have to keep your system going. If you are not eating anything until 1 or 2 then your body goes into starvation mode and you are not gonna lose.
DeleteMy son number three is on winter break right now and has been pushing me everyday to walk the dogs with him. It's nice to have someone pushing! Your dog picture just cracks me up!

ReplyDeleteI used to eat the asian ones then I tried the tofu ones and they are as close to noodles as you are gonna get without all the carbs of wheat or whole grain noodles.
