A Boring Day...

HI All,

Not much going on over here. A real boring day yesterday. This week Hubby has been working a lot. The weather is finally getting cooler, supposed to be 83 today - Woo-Hoo!! 
I just wanted to share real quick what I ate yesterday.

Breakfast was the last 2 chocolate cheese-cake muffins with natures hollow on top, avocado, 2 poached eggs, and berries.
 I made another batch of Sinful Cinnamon Cakes and BOY did they smell up the house while baking!!

 Lunch was great! Hubby got 2 steaks that were on sale, so I broiled them under the broiler and made some cauliflower steaks to go with them.
Take a head of cauliflower and cut 1" whole slices. I used the rest to make cauliflower pizza.
Then place in covered frying pan with EVOO and some spices and cook on medium, when 1 side is brown flip and add some water to get the cauliflower tender, then brown. YUM!!
 Of course after I ate on of those delicious Cinnamon cakes.

Went for a walk with my 3 furry girls.

Dinner was sauted spinach with EVOO and garlic and sea salt, and some buffalo wings.
Desert was 2 protein bites and RediWhip.

Another real boring day for me today - so I am gonna clean I guess. Anyone want to video chat today message me and let me know.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
