Trying again...

Good Morning,

Well today is another day and life goes on. My hubby is gone all day today in his class for the loan license thing, then he has to work nights at the FD tonight from 6pm to 6am. Boy he's gonna be pooped later.

So I'm gonna try the online classes again today, I will have peace and quiet. Since I failed at the 1rst one twice and have to pay for it again, I'm gonna go to start the 2nd one. That way if I fail more I can pay for them all together - maybe get a discount. LOL.

My dinner last night was shirataki noodles, broccoli, a turkey patty cut up and 2 spoons of pesto sauce.
 Then my after dinner addiction lately; 2 small protein bites and RediWhip in a bowl.

My breakfast this morning was so good and filling. I made pumpkin  pancakes (on this page;  pancakes) and ate them with butter and raspberry natures hollow. I made 1/2 batch and it made 6 pancakes and 1 ate 3 and have 3 for tomorrow.
I know some of us are having a hard time trying to lose weight. I just want to say that
No matter what you are going through, No matter haw fast or slow the weight is coming off,
I just want you to know that;

Don't give up. We all do better together so remember we are all here for you.

My new Facebook friend Lisa and I were chatting last night and she just made me smile when I was having a bad day. We were talking about how we are both the same age and going thru pre-menopause it seems like and how we feel possessed at times - angry - crying - can't sleep - hot flashes - and the best one of all - people think we are crazy.

There is always someone else that understands and can relate. With our Blogging group it really helps us all stay accountable and in control. Join us for support and tips and ideas. My blog list is on the right side bar - lets support each other.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
