The Best Theater....

Good Morning,

Well I have to tell you how much fun that movie theater was. Here is the link and they have some in different states - who knows maybe yours.  http://www.ipictheaters.com/
Maria and I - so excited to be in this awesome place!

The seats were HUGE and relined and had foot rests, they gave us a clean blanky and pillow and really cool 3-D glasses as you can see on hubby. They had waiters and waitresses and served gourmet food and even had beer (hubby) and wine and a full bar outside in the lobby.

They served free popcorn - for that price I should say so. Maria and I shared this dish;

Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls:
boneless chicken breast, buffalo sauce and crumbled blue cheese wrapped in a crispy
spring roll with blue cheese dipping sauce, celery and carrot sticks

There was 6 pieces and I ate 3 and the celery and she ate the carrots.

What a FANTASTIC place to take a first date!

The Dbox was awesome too - the seats move with the movie - but no waiters LOL.

Here's what I ate yesterday;
2 eggs, 2 cheese biscuits w/butter and natures hollow, 1/2 avocado and a few berries.
Lunch, an Almond crust pizza
Dinner was 6 chicken wings and a salad and some RediWhip for desert.

Here's what I ate for breakfast this morning, 2 oasis toast w/butter and peanut butter, eggs w/onions and cheese, turkey bacon and berries.
I needed a good breakfast cause I'm gonna be outside most of the day doing the yard front and back and trimming and pulling weeds. I haven'e done it for 2 weeks because we are gonna move soon and I guess I have been letting it slack a bit.

So happy it is supposed to be a bit overcast today - it is for now but you know California. By the time I am ready to go outside in about an hour, the sun will be beating me up. I will try my best not to get a tramp stamp again. LOL

  1. If they gave me a blankie and a pillow, I'd fall asleep in 10 minutes! That's always what I do in the movies....fall asleep. I go and go and go, but once you sit me down, I'm out! Still it looks like fun! Sending love and hugs.

  2. That just looks so fun! I haven't had wings in so long. We quit out Costco membership and I haven't had my bacon or wings in forever:( We didn't think we used it enough to justify the 55.00 a year. What brand of hot wings do you buy?

  8. I'm with Kay on the Costco membership. I can't find the wings here, or the turkey medallions. Not even the Oasis bread, even tho I contacted them...they said they could mail me some. Sigh.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
