A busy one.

Hello Everyone,

Well yesterday (Thursday) was a bit better. I tried to stay busy all day and it helped I guess.
A lemon-flaxseed-chia muffin w/cream cheese and natures hollow and some berries.

I did laundry all morning, so Up & Down the stairs like a million times. 
Then after my computer work I painted my nails. Its a pink glitter on the bottom and black crackle on top. I haven't done my nails for at least 3 weeks or more. I don't know why - just kept putting it off.

Then Lunch;
I made a almond crust pizza. I used 1/2 cup of almond flour, 1 egg, and 1/2 cup of different cheeses in the crust w/some spices. Its real good like that.

Then I went outside and cut the Front and Back grass. Friday is garbage day and its supposed to rain this weekend so I thought I would do it while the weather is nice.

So when I was done Mandy and Peaches were trying to do that doggie Voo-Doo on me again, so I rested for a few minutes while watching Dr Oz. Montel was on there again and they were talking about the right some people should have when there is no hope and that they should have the right to choose when and how they die with dignity. Very sad.

Then we went for our 2.5 mile walk. I took along a handful of almonds to eat along the way. When I got back I was EXHUASTED! 

Dinner for me was a spinach salad w/this Chipotle-ranch dressing I got at sprouts. It was Sprouts brand and surprisingly very good. Then I had some broccoli and brussel sprouts in a bowl.
Desert was a 2 min. coconut flour muffin. It is so good I am afraid I am hooked.

  1. Glad you're not as lonely today! I say stick with having dogs as friends because they love you unconditionally and aren't mean to you! Having an all out texting battle with my neighbor and the gloves are off. I'm really nice until someone pisses me off and then it gets ugly. Hahahah! Enought about me. Keep your blog friends and the poopies and you are Golden :)

  3. I made that almond crust pizza a couple weeks ago and really liked it! It gets a lot crispier than the cauliflower. You should be exhausted after all you did all day! I really admire that you walk every day!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
