This Truly Does Come From the Heart.....

Good Morning All my BFC Peeps,

Every post that I make on here truly does come from my heart. I try to be as honest as I can about the Belly Fat Cure and what ever else comes along in my life. Of course some things should not be aired in public, but so many experiences we have in life ties into the BFC.

Like the new before pictures. It really hurt me to look at them and that's why I shared. I want you all to understand that I DO know how you feel. Even though I have come a long way and I feel much smaller now I still have leftover residue from being so heavy for over 20 years. It may never go away I fear, but that's what I get for eating so much before.

For any new people:
Find your groove - Make sure that you are getting enough fiber. That is a big problem who start the BFC. I have tried many different things in the past year and a hla of being on the BFC. I have found that this works the best for me.
the clear Benefiber in my morning coffee.
1 scoop of Super seed with water in the afternoon.
and the newest way I have found for extra fiber is the Chia seed pudding (on recipe page).

If you are stuck, maybe start tracking what you eat again. That means everything!! Anything that you put in your mouth counts. Add all the food together from you meal and count the S/C that way. Don't forget to drink lots of water. Other drinks that are flavored like tea, or vitamin water zero - DO NOT count as part of your water intake. You still need to drink water in addition to those.

What I ate Sunday:
breakfast; oatmeal w/truvia, cinnamon, a tbsp of ground flaxseeds, and a handful of blueberries, 3 turkey bacon, coffee, blah, blah, blah. S-2/C-1
lunch; meatballs, mushrooms, asparagus cut up, seeds of change romagna three cheese pasta sauce, shirataki noodles, parmesan cheese.  S-3/C-1
snack; veggie straws, sourcream  S-2/C-1
dinner; turkey medallions, 6 brussel sprouts, brocolli, pesto sauce, and chia seed pudding for desert (on recipe page)  S-2/C-0
Then for some reason around 9pm I got hungry. I usually never get that way anymore. But my good friend Mayra told me to go eat some more RediWhip. Great idea - that did the trick.

My hubby and many others are always telling me that I should find a way to make money while I am helping people. If anyone finds out what that is - let me know cause Ya all know I don't work. LOL.

Please don't be shy to leave your comments so myself and others can help. We are a great BFC community here and we all have nothin but love for you - so join us.

Thanks for listening. Hugs to all. Don't forget to visit my friends blogs on the list below. Support is the KEY for success!!

My thought for the day:

The Little Things

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

  3. I love chia seeds! It's one of my main sources of fiber these days too- I like to put them in my oatmeal.

  4. Now that you mention it I don't drink much water. I drink a ton of iced tea during the day and coffee in the evening and morning but not plain water. I'm going to try chugging a glass of water periodically through out the day and see if that helps! Thanks for the tip. Also, I agree that the fiber is hard to accumulate per day. How much fiber is in chia seeds?

  6. What are chia seeds? I am learning new things every day! I knew I was an unhealthy eater, but really....you would think as adult I would know these things!

  7. The tortilla's have cellulose, but no sucralose? They do say that they have wheat in them? I respect your opinion so don't ever not be honest with me!!!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
