Spreading the BFC....

Good day to my fellow BFC 'rs,

I am not sure really what to talk about today. I guess as I type it will come to me. My weekend was boring. I went to a movie on Saturday, Bridesmaids. It was very good. Hubby has been working a lot, so I have been a lone all the time. I have to tell you if it wasn't for my 2 little cutie pies I would be totally alone.

We go for our walks every day, anywhere from 1-3 miles. I have been getting my daily dose of sun without laying in the sun which is very bad for you.

Because of that I had to go buy new makeup. I have been using Bare Minerals for several years now. I love that it feels weightless on your face. I noticed that it made me look pale lately, so I had to go buy a darker color. From my walks I guess.

So I went to Ulta and had nothing on my face so I could try it on and find the perfect color. When I told the girl my age (52)- I always get the some reaction. They always say - you don't look that age and I look so young. To tell you the truth - I don't know why I look so much younger than many others at my age. 

I have always drank lots of water
I have always used a moisturizer and eye cream since I was in my early 20's
I have always taken vitamins
And since I realized how bad it was I stopped laying in the sun without a strong sunscreen.

I think the no-sugar thing works for me.  I also have been taking RESLINA for almost a year now. It has Resveratrol and Spirulina in it and is supposed to aid in weight loss, aging, and tons of other stuff. There is a coupon code I posted above for a buy 1 get 1 free, if you want to try.

Well anyway of course I told her about the 84lbs I have lost and 2 other women were listening as I spread the word about the Belly Fat Cure. I love to be able to do that....

Yesterday I ate:
breakfast; 2 French toast made w/oasis bread, unsweetened almond breeze, an egg, cinnamon - and 3 turkey bacon, and blackberries.

lunch; 1/2 cup of brown rice, green beans, and a turkey patty. Then I still felt like I needed something else so I had a tbsp of low sugar peanut butter. all better....

dinner; spinach salad w/feta cheese, bacon bits, balsalmic vinegarette dressing 1 sugar, shirataki noodles w/2 spoons of pesto sauce and chicken strips. and some redi whip for desert.

  1. You look so good because you are so inspirational to other people:) You get benefits from being kind:) I'm 54 and since I have lost some weight I feel like I am starting to look younger again. I think we tend to dress a little younger and hold ourselves a little straighter. I LOVE to lay in the sun, I am really lucky to have darker skin to begin with so it doesn't really age me too much...yet!!! Or at least that is what I tell myself!

  2. I love spreading the belly fat cure too! I have 3 friends who have started doing it since they have seen my success. It is fun to be an inspiration to others. You are definately an inspiration...not just because if the weight loss but also because of the way you have changed your way of thinking and made it a lifestyle! Great job!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
