I will start out by say that I am back down 1 lb, but earlier in the week I was down more. I was actually down to 157.5. But this always happens where my weight goes up and down. That's OK - I feel great.
I posted another video on YouTube. I will be doing the shirataki noodles later for you. Anything else you want me to talk about and post - let me know.
I am wondering where do I go from here?? I am almost down to my goal weight. I am at a great size 10, which I never in my wildest dreams thought I would get to. I have been thinking how to maintain this now??
When my sister, Lisa was here, we were talking about the Belly Fat Cure. Remember she is a nurse and thinks she knows everything.
These are her thoughts about the BFC:
its too extreme, we eat too much fat, its not healthy, we don't eat any fruit, if we ever ate normal we would just balloon up, and so on, and so on.
I tried to explain to her how healthy I feel and the amount of sugar I ate before was unhealthy compared to a little bit of fatty things now.
Please leave your comments and share how you think we should maintain after we hit our goal. Jorge never really talks about that!
Thanks for listening. Love to all of my BFC friends. Don't forget about the list below of all of MY BFC friend's Blogs.
My thought for the day:

This is what I desire for myself;
To feel peace and calm within myself
To create a deeper love for myself and my body
To embrace all aspects of myself
Self-acceptance
To open my heart
To feel more love and compassion
To feel joy
To be unbothered by the opinions of others
To live my life for me and be true to my path
To feel deeper levels of gratitude and appreciation
To move into my full potential
To awaken to my inner wisdom
This is what I desire for myself in the precious days of my life.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

You are such an inspiration to me...I started the BFC 5 weeks ago and it is goin slow, probably cuz I have 10-15 lbs to lose. My husband and I moved back to WA state after he got out of the Marines last Jan...I miss scal so much, especially when you talk about Henry's and Trader Joe's. Thank you for your openness and honesty with your blog. I am so sorry about the loss of your father.
ReplyDeleteLove the new video! :) I asked on facebook, but I will ask here too. What kind of probiotic are you using?(I heard you say you take two at the end of the video). My weight did the same sorta thing this week. Early I was down to 208 and now this morning only says I lost 1 lbs so I am at 211 if you wanna put in the column this week. Wish it was more, but hey we can't get discouraged. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou are a great inspiration! About your sister comments, it's more & more in the news, how sugar is a real problem & she is right if we started eating sugar again we would blow up! That's why this is a lifestyle change not a diet!By the way I am down 1 lb 189!(goal 175) I had gained 1olbs over the holidays & it took me a month to get it off! I'm staying away from sugar from now on!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on your interview Rosalie!! Keep em comin!!! You look fabulous too!! There is so much info out now on the dangers of too much sugar in the diet. Im thinking eventually your sis will catch on. You are living proof for sure! Have a great day girl!
ReplyDeleteThank you Rosalie for making the Shiritaki Noodle Stir Fry dish. Now I know why mine taste so plain. I will make it using the Bragg's, Cornstarch, and Curry Powder sauce and soak my tofu in it this next time. Normally I add my tofu to the veges, and there's not much flavor in any of it. Looks terrific too! I was getting so hungry watching it simmer! Is that one serving in the bowl or two? Show your sis the latest Reader's Digest. It shows two eggs and bacon used for a smile on it's cover this month, and it's about eating this way. No mention of the BFC, but another scientist is promoting this too, like it's his idea in the first place. Your sister should really study the two pictures of you in the before and after. I'd say the belly fat that you once had was going to kill you, and now your belly is flat, and you are fit, and healthy. You are living proof, you are living now! The foods you eat are way more healthy for you. She should embrace you, embrace the change, and celebrate the cure to obesity. I see more people dropping dead from heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, than I do from not eating sugar, and bad carbs! By the way, let the cameraman know not to cut off your pretty head while he's filming you, and try to lift the products a little higher so they are more visible in your next segment. As Sherri would say, Just saying...
