Hello all. I went to the movies yesterday and finally saw Inception. All I can say is, WOW! it was really good. I was very surprised with the ending. I did eat popcorn at the movies like I usually do. No butter though. Too many extra calories. Maybe if I hadn't I would be down another 1/2 lb. Oh well such as life. Why even bother going to the movies if you can't eat popcorn right?
This is what I ate yesterday.
breakfast: smart and delicious tortilla with cheese, 2 eggs, avocado, 8 blackberries, 2 cups of coffee w/purvia, metamucil, half and half and cinnamon.
Lunch: spinach salad with 3 strips of turkey bacon cooked in the microwave crispy then broken up, feta cheese, and some dressing.
Then I had popcorn at the movies.
dinner: salmon and broccoli. Oh and don't forget my 2 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate.
Yesterday someone asked what I usually eat? I sometimes put it on my blog here if you want to read back. Also, you can always friend me on facebook and we can chat about whatever - anytime. I would love to help all of you in any way I can to lose weight. I will gladly share any tips I have learned by doing this for over 6 months.
And the Reslina that I have been taking? This is the 5th day. I know the Company that makes it, Nutritional Earth. I have been allowed to try it before the release. The website should be up and running in a couple of weeks. If you all go to the facebook page for Nutritional Earth and click LIKE, you will receive a discount off of your first order.
Well that's all for now. Thanks for listening. Lots of love to all of my BFC friends. Please leave your comments.
My thought for the day:
Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.
