Well here I am, one more day on the Belly Fat Cure. Lately I have been having weird feelings about what am I gonna do after the BFC? I realize now how important it is to eat better. I also realize how important it is not to eat like I did before. But in reality, sometimes I want mashed potatoes and rice FRUIT. Wow I miss fruit!!!
Well just passing thoughts I have sometimes. I'm not gonna do anything about it. Don't worry. I wouldn't mess up all the hard work I have done this far.
I just ate my breakfast of: tortilla w/cheese and 2 eggs with sautéed mushrooms, onions, green peppers, coffee w/truvia, half and half, and cinnamon.
I still feel great. Especially when, like yesterday I took out a pair of pants from way in the back of the closet that I have not worn in maybe 3 or more years. I got way too fat and couldn't fit in them any more. And like all the rest of my too small clothes - I said " I will fit in them again some day". SO I put them on and said they should fit just right now. I WAITED TOO LONG! They looked ridiculous! Way too big! About 6" too big!! It's funny how that is happening allot lately.

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
