Good BFC Day to you all. Well here we are, 1 more day in the life of: The Belly Fat Cure. Today I am on my monthly. So needless to say I am a pound heavier today. I am not going to let that bother me. That happens some days. We are not always going to weigh less just because we are less.
I think allot of us have a real problem with the way we look. There comes a day in our lives when we have to accept ourselves just the way we are. We have to be able to look at our bodies in the mirror and say: "I like myself just the way I am, even if I never loose an other pound." I think when we can do that, then and only then, we will be able to loose weight.
There was a time when I got to size 18. For a long time I rebelled and just couldn't believe that I got that big or that I wore that size. But then one day I just decided to buy the clothes that actually fit me no matter what size it was. Instead of trying to squeeze into a smaller one. I think that was liberating to just be!
Don't feel bad because we are big! Don't feel like you are alone! Feel great about yourself that you have found the Belly Fat Cure Book and we now have a way out of our bodies and into new one!

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
