So this morning I weighed in at 197.5lbs. A few days ago I was 197. Then the other day I was 199. That wasn't a good day. It made me feel bad to gain, even though it was only 2lbs. Thats OK though. I am feeling good about the BFC. I am determined to continue at least until I get to my goal weight, then I will find a way to maintain my weight without going back to my old ways of eating. I am not sure how I'm going to do that yet.
I went to the doctors this morning. Believe it or not, Kaiser called me for the first time and said I should come in for a cervical cancer screening. So when I got back up off the floor - I said sure.
This is the first time that I was excited to go in to get weighed. I couldn't wait to tell them that I lost 40lbs. I told the nurse and the doctor all about the Belly Fat Cure. Anyway, the Doctor said I was doing great and to keep up what I am doing. I told her that the next time I come in, I will weigh 150lbs.
So now I am bound to my word. Right??
Lots of LOVE to all my Belly Fat Cure friends. Thanks for all the support, and don't forget to eat 3 times a day (you know who you are). LOL!!
Thanks for listening. Please leave your comments.
My thought for today: EAT GOOD TODAY! DON'T GIVE UP!
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.
