Wow! this morning I was about to get in the shower. I measured my self like I do every Monday. I got on the scale and nearly scared myself to death!! I went running thru the house with just a towel, yelling "MARION - MARION". And he's like - what is wrong?? I said my weight is at 190.5 WOW!! Well anyways I nearly scared him to death too.
So I took my shower, dried my hair and decided to weigh myself again. I figured the first time must have been a fluke. Sure enough my weight said 192 lbs. So I am gonna be the bigger person and go with the second one. It is probably more realistic anyways. So I am still very happy with that number.
Just had my usual breakfast of tortilla w/cheese, 2 eggs, 2 coffee's w/truvia and half and half and cinnamon.
Yesterday I was out with my sister for a few hours and we stopped into Islands restaurant. If you don't know what it is - it's mostly a hamburger place. So I had a half of a cesar salad with chicken in it and a small bowl of chicken tortilla soup without the tortilla strips in it. Then I wound up having about 15 of My sister's fries. They were very skinny fries so, it was actually about 10. They were so good she pulled them away from me and said I couldn't have any more. LOL! What a Sis.
I am moving this week - So I am sorry if I skip a few blogs.

My thought for the day: You can still eat Belly Good even if you are moving, even if you go out to eat, even if you are all alone at home. WE CAN DO IT!!!

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
