Thursday of week 18: tired today

The other day my neighbor and friend Yadira, posted that she wanted to go to see Sex and the city 2 on Wednesday night at midnight. I called her and said I wanted to go but Hey I'm allot older than you and I can't stay up that long. I will be asleep. Well anyways.....there was 5 of us and we went to the 12:01am showing. We were very early and went across the way and they wanted to have a drink or 5. LOL. I had 1 glass of Cabernet. Then we went to the movie. I can't believe it was packed in 3 theaters. I even ate some popcorn at midnight!!!! I felt like I was cheating form eating so late a night which I never do anymore. Got home just before 3am!!

Well it was fun!! I have never done that before!!  Tired Now!!

Just ate breakfast consisting of: eggs with sauted onions and mushrooms and sausages, cheese in it. With of course my blackberries and coffee w/truvia, half and half and cinnamon.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
