Well I got on the scale this morning and I was down 2 more pounds. But my weight goes up and down 5 lbs over night. Does that happen to anyone else?? So I will weigh in, in the morning.
So I was told to eat more carbs. I usually eat 1 w/breakfast and 1 w/lunch and have 2 different veggies w/dinner and some meat of some kind. The veggies have some sugar and carbs - so I have at least 3-4 carbs a day. From now on I will have 2 carbs with my lunch.
I've noticed some things about myself - reactions my body is having to not having sugar for 6 weeks.
I feel much healthier.
My face looks much better / less wrinkly and less puffy eyes.
The best one is: my hands used to shake all the time. I used to think it was genetic because my brother has it bad and other family members. Whenever I got hungry - I would tell my husband I have to eat RIGHT NOW!! I felt sick you know like some kind of blood sugar problem.
My husband told me this morning that my hands don't shake any more. I said really?? I didn't notice.
Cool Huh!
Well that’s all I guess. Just got back from my walk with my dogs and I am getting ready to watch the Oscars.
Don't give up everyone. Keep on BFC 'n

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.
