Friday of week 7: Belly Fat Cure

So now I know what people are talking about:

I've read lots of comments from people saying they get sick when they ate regular food.
My Husband & I went to this health expo in Anaheim today. We got the passes free & he wanted to check out the supplement part. After about 5 minutes we got seperated  for the rest of the time we were there. I wound up with 2 bags of samples and stuff. It was fun. But as I went around there was a zillion tons of food samples. So I'm going around saying, nope I can't eat that, nope that has way too much sugar, OOOHHH olives - I can try 1 of those. Green & Blacks I can taste the 85% one. Nope for sure I can't have that.

So by the time we left at 3pm My husband was hungry & I was feeling a little bad. So we stopped at Carls Jr. and he get some chicken strips & fries. I had like 2 fries and 2 chicken strips & BOY DO I FEEL LIKE I WANTED TO THROW UP!! Blah :(

It's funny how your system changes after eating so healthy. I learned my lesson.

My thought for today:  Don't tempt fate. Just keep on BFC 'n  :)

  1. I found an old french fry in the garbage can I was cleaning out. I keep two plastic bags in there and throw out one each time. The darn french fry must have missed both. It was about 1 inch long and must have been in there for at least two weeks. (no I did not eat it) But, my husband and I were laughing, should we split it? lolol
Glad to read what would have happened if we had

  2. I know what you mean. After eating so well (not eating any sugar) I totally fell off the wagon because I really had a sugar craving (my bad) and I ate quite a bit of sugar and WOW for like 3 days I felt so horrible I thought I was going to die!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
