**If any of you are struggling with your weight loss, I want you to close your eyes and take a deep breath - Now think about what you are doing or eating to sabotage yourself - and tweak and FIX it!!
If you think by eating 6 servings of carbs a day is too much - then cut it back.
Make sure that you are eating foods that contain the most fiber, protein, lowest amounts of sugar and yes even calories in some cases. I do look at them - but never count them.
Try to eat good amounts of the (right kind) of green veggies. I like kale, spinach, broccoli, brussel sprouts, zucchini, asparagus. You can't go wrong with any of these.
Saturday morning's breakfast; I made one of my muffins and put in some crushed walnuts and blueberries and put some of my homemade coconut butter on top.
OK so I thought it was good and a bit scary but not SOOO scary. Those of you that know me - know some of that crapp was already happening to me so - it seemed very realistic. It was a true story and must have been frightening to the real people.

I am sure I took the Furry girls for a walk when I got home - I always do, even when I don't feel like it. They are just so cutie pootie faces - I can't say no.
Middle-Heimers - LOL can't remember my dinner 2 days ago.
Breakfast yesterday; AlpineValley 12 grain toast, and eggs scrambled with baby spinach and a bit of cheese.
We walked around and first Hubby had this maple glazed bacon doughnut. I had a few bites and - seriously I think it gave me a dizzy sugar high for a hour or so.
We seriously had every intention of coming back here to eat something else BACONY - but never made it.
And finally me on the Tootsie-Wootsie machine. It makes your tired feet and back feel so much better for only 25 cents.
The dogs were absolutely NO help - just smiling and wagging ran over and licked my face. No helping paw up or nothing. LOL
Nothing else for dinner except I ate some berries with rediwhip - that's all I wanted.
Have a nice day - its supposed to be 87, clear and gorgeous today.
