Wow is all I can say....

HI Everybody,

Well yesterday (Thursday) was not one of my best days. I kind of sort of had a mini-Meltdown in the morning. Every day for over the past week we have been told that it will fund that day and then they keep asking for the stupidest same ole crap over and over AND OVER!

So I lost it. Hubby had to go into work at 12 remember? And I called him crying that these people are lying to us again - they just keep telling us we will get the loan - but we are never getting our house! Well it took me a while but after I sent them over the crap again I managed to calm myself down.

My breakfast yesterday the muffin I made.
For lunch I made a zucchini crust pizza; I made it like I always do,
1 small zucchini shredded, 1 egg, garlic, cheese, red pepper and italian spices, and I added in some chopped onion and mushrooms and jalapenos. Bake at on parchment paper at 425 for about 20 min until brown
Remove then put toppings on top. I put some hummus, little cheese and sliced tomato - then back under the broiler for about 5 min.
Later on me and the furry girls went for our walk. For my dinner I had a spinach salad and chicken.
For desert I made me a berry cheesecake desert.
Breakfast this morning was another one of my muffins. I am trying to get in as much fiber as I can so maybe that will help with my weight.
I've been putting chia seeds in everything to help.

The house is supposed to fund this morning so I made Hubby go with me to the stores to try to take our mind off of stuff. Sam's club, then sprouts, then target.

When we got home after I put everything away I made myself breakfast for lunch. Chorizzo and eggs with mushrooms and some sauted Kale inside. very good if I do say so - and healthy. I also made 2 corn tortillas with chia seeds inside. What a good lunch for me.
So now we wait.... Tick-Tick-Tick...Hubby can't even sleep and he has to work tonight again.
Last night I made me a Chia pudding for desert for later - 2 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 cup of USAM and some stevia drops with some berries inside. You have to let it set for about 15 minutes - stir - then put in the fridge over night. (on recipe page) Yum-Yum can't wait to eat this.
Dinner might be some turkey and broccoli - maybe.

It's 2pm and we just found out it FUNDED and they are trying to get it recorded and closed right now. So I can't believe it...but after many-MANY nights of no sleep, baggie eyes, lots of arguments, weight up now, I think I got lock jaw from grinding my teeth, all the stress...

But I think we actually own a house...Wow is all I can say. Now comes the work to clean - paint - pack and move, but it will be the good work.

Thanks for listening and I hope you all have a great weekend.

This is PurpleRosy signing off...

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

  1. Congrats on the house!!!! I hope I'm not jinxing you so I will knock on some wood! I'm sure once the house thing closes, you will be back down in weight....phew...so stressful! I just remember having a glass of wine at 10 am when we were trying to close on one of our houses because I was hyperventilating and couldn't calm down. Buying houses is soooooooo stressful!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
