Ready to Rock and roll...

Good Morning,

You all know that I take a handful of vitamins every morning and some in the late afternoon also. I have a list on the Fav products page. I started taking my magnesium right before bedtime to help with sleep. I read somewhere on Facebook that Calcium and magnesium together help with that. I already take 1 calcium w/vitamin D in the morning and 1 later on, so I started taking them together before bedtime 1 of each. Well I am healthy anyways.

I think I got a bit of sleep last night. We are both excited because the owner is supposed to meet us this morning to give us the keys. I had all the utilities turned on and am ready to rock and roll today. I know I will be busy but will try to post every other day at least.

My breakfast yesterday morning was toast with coconut butter and eggs with sauted kale inside and some berries. The kale in your eggs are very good.
 Hubby and I had some errands to run for the new house. It finally closed yesterday and we picked up our final statement from escrow. We wound up at Islands for a very late lunch after 2pm. I hate eating off my schedule and so late. I ate a 1/2 chicken cesar salad and some of hubby's fries with ranch to dip.

When I got home later took the  furry girls for a walk and then ate a spinach salad for dinner and one of those berry cheesecake deserts with rediwhip after.

I woke up early and made a good breakfast to start my day right. eggs with spinach and cheese and avocado berries and toast. And some eggs and avocado for hubby cause he worked nights and I didn't know if he wanted toast or not.
We have a bunch of stuff in our cars and are ready to start our day. Hubby has to work so I will probably wind up there cleaning by myself. We have no one to help us - so that's it.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
