Hi guys and gals,

I am so tired right now. Yesterday I stayed at the new house for many hours cleaning and hubby had to go to court in the morning and when he was done met me at home and we went back to the house for a while. He was so hungry he said his stomach was eating itself. LOL That's what happens when you skip meals.

Me I made myself breakfast first.
I was alone and losing track of time and left at 1 to find something to eat for lunch. I got 3 chicken strips and a side salad and water from Chick-fil-A. I also brought 2 of my cookies in a baggie in my purse. In the evening Hubby and I stopped at Boston Market and I got creamed spinach, veggies and chicken, but only ate half.

This morning he had to go to LA to court again and then wound up at work at noon and is still there now until 6am and won't get home until 7.
I made myself some pancakes with 1 tb of chia seeds, 2 tb of rolled oats - let that soak in a bowl in some USVAM for a little while and I made a batch of cauliflower tortillas,I had some shredded cauliflower in a container in the fridge - so it was easy.
Back to the pancakes, I added in 2 eggs and a scoop of strawberry protein powder. It made 2 and I ate some bites with natures hollow and some with my coconut butter with some berries.

I patched holes in the walls, and cleaned and cleaned some more and vacuumed and shampooed the carpets in 2 of the extra bedrooms that we are not gonna paint cause they are in good condition. Boy my arms hurt from pushing the shampooer back and forth - but the carpets looked great.

I ate the other half from my dinner last night and 2 cauliflower tortillas. Silly me forgot a fork so I had to use the tortilla and my fingies. DUH

When I got home I noticed the girls did not even touch their food or even water all DAY! They are so lonely when I am not there so I took them for a walk even though I could hardly walk.

Got back and ate a spinach salad for dinner and a sweet snack (that I had in the freezer) with rediwhip. Hubby says he is gonna go straight there in the morning when he gets off work - so I thought I will make him an egg sandwich and a thermos of coffee when I come over. Time to start painting those dark colors off the walls. Burgundy, green and orangy-yellow. Time to Prime tomorrow.

Oh yeah my weight was at 152 this morning - much better than the 155 I was at. Getting there - 7 more to go.

WE ACTUALLY HAVE A HOUSE!!! YUP - Doing the tired happy dance!

  3. I knew you would lose the extra weight fast! You'd better start eating more because with all the work you are doing,you are probably going to lose a lot :) Anyhow, glad things are looking up!

  5. That's great news! Stress really plays a part in weight loss. I fell off the wagon slightly and now working to get back on track. What I thought would make me feel better made it worse. The mind games I play with food just dont cut it anymore. Thanks again for all your posts and the time you take. It does make a huge difference.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
