I am starting to get Creeped OUT!

Good Morning All,

Today is Voting day. Hubby just got home a little while ago from working the night shift. We plan on voting together later on this morning. I want to wait in hopes that the lines will not be too long.

Sunday night when I went to bed and Hubby was not there again because he was at the night shift at the FD, I just fell asleep and then heard talking next to me and kept seeing shadows in the hallway all night long. No sleep for me AGAIN!!

Breakfast Monday; 2 eggs, turkey bacon, berries 2 oasis toast with some of my homemade almond-pumpkin butter
 Lunch was; shirataki noodles, some turkey sausage crumbles, tomato, and some low sugar pasta sauce.
 I decided to make some Zucchini-Cheese coconut flour bread. I love this stuff.
 OK so these 2 pieces did not fit in the container for the fridge so I was FORCED to eat them with Nature's Hollow on top. Oh well for me!!

 The Girls and I went for a 1.4 mile walk - another beautiful day!

Dinner; I was alone and found 2 crab cakes left and 3 wings in the freezer. Again, Darn I had to eat them up!
 Desert was some of those cookie pieces and some Redi Whip on top. And I had some candy cane tea with stevia after.

So last night I was falling asleep and opened my eyes for a second and saw a shadow coming towards me and then when it went in from of the fan it looked like a white mist. I said GO AWAY AND LET ME SLEEP! But it was too late. I am kind of getting a little weirded out NOW...

I am starting to wonder - Is this REAL? Am I going crazy? Am I just imagining this SHIT? Why is this all happening to me NOW??

I called my Hubby at work and told him what happened and it was past 11:30 pm and he answered right away. He said he knew something was wrong if I am calling him so late. He said this morning when he got home he is getting worried about me now.

Our breakfast this morning. Yeah I said OUR - I made him eat the same thing as me today before he went to sleep for a few hours.
2 pcs of Zucchini-cheese bread with peach Nature's Hollow on top, the last berries that were left, the last 2 eggs left - 1 for each of us and some beef bacon that he bought cause he does not like the turkey bacon and I ran out anyway. Can you tell I have to go to the store today?

  1. hi there..can we substitute egg beaters for the eggs in the recipes? trying to watch cholesterol and i notice u have two eggs almost every day..

    1. There is absolutely no scientific evidence that cholesterol in your diet affects cholesterol in your blood.   2. Have you asked the Landlord if anyone has died in that house? If so, get out from the lease and move! Or try sleeping in a hotel for one night and see if it still happens... I would be getting a bit nervous too.

    1. I did call her yesterday and told her what is going on and she is gonna check for me.

  3. I think you're right to tell it to "Go away"! I would def call a psychic or ghost hunter. Someone who can tell the spirit to take a hike. It's not in your head. Do the Girls notice anything? Animals usually pick up on this stuff.

    Thanks for posting your meals. I am on day 3 and I can already feel this plan working! IT's nice to know someone else eats the same way I do. Plus it's nice to not have to count calories.

  5. I see that everyone is using sugar alcohols in their treats instead of just stevia. How do you count the carbs in these? Net or total?

  6. You count total, carbs then add the sugar alcohols together for a total carb count

  7. I think the Long Island Medium would say it's a departed loved one trying to contact you. I never used to believe in that kind of stuff, but I do wonder sometimes. Maybe your son is trying to say goodbye or tell you he's okay. It would probably freak me out too, but maybe it's something positive. :-) Also, I love that zucchini bread!

  8. It is starting to get a little creepy! That stuff would scare the crap out of me and I'd probably have to move! Odd that the dogs are not affected though.

  9. Rosalie...sleep deprivation plays all sorts of havoc on our bodies! Goooooo to a doctor for help to sleep. Seriously! (you don't want me to drag you to a doctor...cause I've been known to do that. ;^) hehe)

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
