Another Beautiful day...

Hi All,

Such a boring day yesterday for me.

After my breakfast I did a video chat with a BFC friend. Then went to Wal-Mart and then to Sprouts. Sprouts is having a 25% off sale for anything in the vitamin section This week from Wednesday thru next Tuesday.
The guy suggested this product to help me sleep. It has 5 different herbs in it that I already know are good for sleep. It didn't help me last night. All I did was keep wondering when I was gonna fall asleep. LOL I'll give it another few tries and give it a chance. Cross my fingers - tonight is the night.
Got some more Sweetleaf Stevia drops. This time I thought I would try the vanilla and English toffee to put in my coffee since it was 25% OFF. Yipee!!
Came home and whipped up a zucchini crust pizza. This time instead of using the silpat that I normally use, I put it on some parchment paper on a pan in the bottom shelf in the oven at 425 and in 15 minutes it was toasty brown. I took it out and put my toppings on it and put it back for a few more minutes and - BOY it looked and tasted awesome.

I did another video chat with another BFC friend. We wanted to get a group together - but no one ever seems to want to - SO the 2 of us it was.

Went for a walk with my girls. Another beautiful 80 degree day over here. For some reason I started getting real upset and emotional, kind of sad. My stupid Hormones I guess.

Dinner; Hubby stopped at Cowboy Burgers and got some chicken strips and fried zucchini. Don't worry I didn't eat all that, 2 chickens and about 10 zucchini dipped in ranch.
I probably shouldn't have eaten that - too fattening. After I ate 1 protein bite and some RediWhip for desert.

Ashlee made a post today about how Jorge is getting slaughtered on his Facebook wall lately. A lot of Negative comments. To be honest I don't even go on there anymore. I have always gotten more support and tips from our little Bloggin Community.

  1. SweetLeaf is my new fav stevia. I use the vanilla all the time - it's great when baking or melting chocolate. I sweetened my mascarpone pudding today with it. Yum :)

  3. Let me know if that sleep stuff works! Haven't tried the flavored stevia drops yet,but the English Toffee sounds delicious for coffee.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
