Fun Wedding...

Good Morning Friends,

I am so tired today. I have been getting no sleep for quite a few days now and I think its catching up to me. My weight is up a few lbs and I am very irritable from the no sleep. Those pills I got from Sprouts that I posted the picture of - DON'T help at all!! I think they are actually keeping me awake instead. I'm gonna try to take them back and see if they refund me. It won't hurt to ask right?
 My breakfast yesterday was 2 sinful cinnamon cakes, turkey bacon, 1/2 avocado and berries.
 I Veeted my legs and underarms (no ghost this time) and painted my nails
Lunch was some pasta sauce (on fave products tab), turkey sausage crumbles, broccoli, and shredded parmesan cheese and 3 lemon mini-cupcakes.

One of the guys, ALEX at the FD that hubby works with was getting married yesterday. We met some friends at their room nearby in Chino Hills for a little Pre-wedding socializing. I had a glass of Chardonay and a couple bites of cheese and meat.
 It was an outdoor wedding and it couldn't be more perfect place or weather.

The Happy couple, Alex and Christina in the middle and all the guys from the Fire Department. More pictures are on Facebook. Most of the guys brought their wives or girlfriends. We drank wine and ate and danced the night away and had so much fun. 

As always I never make sure to eat bad. I did have 2 red grapes, and 2 bites of the cake and more wine than I usually do, but fun.

I can't tell you how good it feels to have people who haven't seen you in a while tell you how good you look now.

  3. The photos came out great. You look Haughtchachacha (I can't type a whistle sound, so you get the hotchachacha!) Those supplements you bought...I think they take several weeks before you notice a difference no? Valerian (sp?) alone I think takes just a couple of days. I still saaaaaaaaay...go to your doctor...I don't believe in suffering.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
