You MUST !!

Good Morning Friends,

real quick what I ate yesterday;
 Breakfast a flax-almond muffin and eggs w/baby spinach and cheese
 lunch a smoothie w/MRM protein powder, a few black and raspberries, 2 tb of psyllium husks, USAMilk and ice.
snack was 1 protein square and 1 chocolate treat
dinner was tuna, avocado, goat cheese, bacon bits, 1/2 small tomato and 1/3 cucumber cut up, mayo and horseraddish mayo.

All the comments that I got off of yesterday's I'm Empty post were great. There are so many times when I feel that I am so alone and everyone else is just jumping for joy. Well now I know now There are many of us. We should all have a special handshake or hand signal when we walk down the street so we can recognize each other. Ha-Ha

I know I have said MANY times that its all in your head. This is seriously the way I get through these lonely times.
You MUST get you head in the right place.
You MUST keep going and not give up!
You MUST accept that eating food will not fill the gap - it will still be there after, only now you will feel guilty and sick by eating too much.
Make sure you don't have that crappy food in your house in the first place. Get rid of everything that you know you should not be eating. I realize for those of you that have kids - this might not be so easy, but they really don't need to eat half the processed crap they do anyways. I just heard on the morning news they said certain plastics that your kids are playing with are making them fat. REALLY??

What we teach them is making them fat - What we feed them is making them fat. Not a toy.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
