Yesterday is gone and now it is today...

Hello Friends,

Well yesterday was not a great day for me but the one thing I have learned is that no matter how I feel I will not eat bad. No matter what I will always eat BFC. It helps when I am at home all day cause I have no bad food at home anymore. Ha-ha.

When I did that video a little while back and got to meet Jorge, he told me that if you ever over eat - just make sure it is with BFC foods. So I would like to share that with you too. No matter what happened before today it doesn't matter. Yesterday is gone and now it is today. So move your ass and get BFC ' n with me!!

Here's what I ate yesterday;
breakfast;
2 scrambled eggs w/sauted baby spinach and cheese, berries and 2 almond-flaxseed pancakes w/cream cheese and natures hollow. (I really don't care for the cream cheese on these pancakes)

lunch;
a whole grain tortilla (on my fav products page) w/ some pepper jack cheese 2 kosher hotdogs avocado and mustard. Then I had a shortbread cookie after.

I went for a great 2.5 mile walk with the dogs. I always make them walk a steady fast pace with me. They usually do great except for the 10 times they stop to pee and poop LOL.

snack; 2 squares of 86% Girhadelis chocolate

dinner;
So I still have some shredded cauliflower in a bowl in the fridge and made a pizza. This time I changed it up a bit. I put some cauliflower, baby spinach cut up small, mushed garlic, 1 egg, parmesan, mozzerella and some feta cheeses, red cayenne pepper and jalapenos cut up.
Before cooking on the Silpat.
After cooking in the oven for 20 min at 400 degrees
Looks Healthy HUH ??

Then transfer to nonstick foil and I put; alfredo sauce, cheese, turkey sausage crumbles, and mushrooms. This was so Awesome - I can't even explain. Yup - ate it all...
I want to thank all of you for coming and visiting me here every day. It means the world to me to be able to share what I have learned with all of you.

My thought for the day:

How Did You Live?

I don’t want to get to the end of my life and find that I just lived the length of it. I want to live the width of it as well.

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

  1. Such great advice, Rosie. Thanks.

    Hey, did I tell you yet how awesome that cabbage lasagna you recommended tasted? Or did I just faint with happiness after eating it and forget? ha ha. Seriously, the best thing ever.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
