I hope you enjoyed the past 2 days of reading such awesome success stories on the Belly Fat Cure.
Nicole who lost 86lbs and Kellie who lost 80lbs.
Both girls are so beautiful and did such a great job of losing weight to get healthy. They were in the Quick Meals book with me. I got he chance to meet Nicole, but unfortunately Kellie was sick.
I wanted to show you that no matter how much you need to lose 10lbs or 100lbs it is possible. I am not the only one that has lost a lot of weight on the Belly Fat Cure. Amber also lost around 53 lbs.
I really enjoy cyber-meeting all of you and would love to share your success story too. Let me know if anyone else would like to do a guest blog. You can share your secrets and tips with others that might be new or still trying to lose.
It really helps new people to find out all the great things that we have learned along our weight loss journey. So if you find out any new BFC recipes or foods - Share with the rest of the class.
Thursday I went to my sister Lisa's house - she said it was her dog Jack's birthday.
There were 6 dogs there- her 2, Maria's 2, her cousin Anna's 2 and I left mine at home. It was fun.
Well yesterday I woke up and had a great flax muffin;
Then I spent the day with Lisa looking at cars again. We decided that we were both gonna try to get new cars with lower payments. I told her we could get the same cars and be twins. LOL
Well anyways - that is tiring and we did not get anything. I almost did - but decided to just wait.
We ate lunch at this place called Friscos in Puente Hills. It is kind of like a 50's diner with cars and girls on roller skates - very cute. I had a greek salad w/chicken and ranch dressing and about 10 of her fries.
Got home around 6pm after fighting the California traffic and was exhausted. I just ate a bowl of spinach and a little left over meat and veggies on top w/a bit of alfredo sauce warmed in the microwave so the spinach wilted.
after I ate 2 chocolate-maple-walnut muffins. I have not walked for 2 days now and feel lazy. I am going to walk this morning with the furry girls in a bit.
I hope everyone has a GREAT day!! Thanks as always for listening to me. Lots of love to all.
Don't forget about the GREAT coupon I posted above for Reslina - if anyone would still like to try it.
This is PurpleRosy signing off...
My thought for the day:
Begin With The Small Stuff
The person who removes a mountain begins by carrying away small stones.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Hope you have a great weekend Rosalie! We keep our cars forever....we just bought a new one about 6 months ago (Ford Flex) after not having a car payment for 3 years, it was sticker shock FOR SURE, lol!
ReplyDeleteMy husband is going to get a new car because his work car is going bye-bye. Sadly he is not looking for fuel economy, but "looks". It has to be black and it has to be too expensive. We looked at Cadillac's SRX last weekend. Amazing rig, but all I could think of is that we could put granite in our kitchen, put down new carpeting, a new front door, new furniture...etc. etc.
ReplyDeleteI really want to do the guest blog and I have so many things rattling around in my head. I need to get them in order and get it done. You are kind to share your space!
Have a great weekend!!!

ReplyDeleteSandi, just go to the website and add 3 to the cart and go thru the checkout process and then it will ask you for the coupon right before you confirm :-)
