I hope everyone is having a good day today. If not, make this day YOUR day! Change it around and make it better.
My Hubby was supposed to be the Guest blogger yesterday and that's why I didn't post. But of course he did not make the time to do it. I didn't ask him, he offered and I thought that would be really great to hear it from his mouth. Well - maybe tomorrow he will.
Well I decided to make a new page at the top bar with Jorge's Menus on it for those of you that don't get his emails or don't have FaceBook.
I have been pretty much eating the same way as I always do except for yesterday we were running around and it was kind of late, almost 8pm and we were hungry so we stopped at the Home Town Buffet for dinner. I had a chicken, small pc of fish, little green beans, little salad, and about 3 bites of cheesecake but not the crust, just the top. So I guess it was S-2/C-1
This morning for breakfast I had:
2 eggs w/cheese, 2 turkey bacon, and 2 Oasis toast w/butter, Joseph's sugar free peanut butter and some blueberries on top. Hubby thought I was weird, but I said "why not? we eat peanut butter and blueberry jelly, so why not just the fruit?" I eat it like that way sometimes and I have to tell you it is Good! S-5/C-1
TO some of you that are still having problems posting comments, try going to your browser's cache and emptying it and all the browser's history and cookies. That might help.
I have stuff to do so I am gonna go now. Have a great day ALL.
Thanks for listening as always. Lots of love and hugs to all. Don't forget the list below of all my friends blogs.
This is PurpleRosy signing off...
My thought for the day:
Constant Kindness
Constant kindness can accomplish much. As the sun makes ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding, mistrust, and hostility to evaporate.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Hey Rosalie! I wanted to say that I love your 'thought of the day.' A lot of thought goes into your blog posts, and I appreciate them a lot! I also like to put real fruit on my toast - one strawberry goes a long way! I will take a look at your new menu item, too! thanks for adding it - it's nice to have stuff like that available, especially first starting out.
ReplyDeleteThe link doesn't work, :(
ReplyDeleteHave a great day. I wish I was at your pool! It is hot again today.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being here! Don't go anywhere, what would we all do without you?
Fruit on toast makes sense to me!
I fixed it Dawn, I named it wrong Duh :-)
ReplyDeleteDear Rosalie, just wanted to say thank you for the blog. I read it everyday. It helps me to read every single post you make. You may think you're not doing much, but you are REALLY helping me stay on track just knowing someone else is out there doing the same thing. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
ReplyDeleteHI Rosalie. Real busy today, but wanted to check in and say HI. I am going to try and post over the weekend. One of our office girls is out so now everything falls on me. Take care!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog. Lots of good ideas here. I ordered that Oasis bread you talked about and got it today. 4 of the six loaves are now in my freezer, the other two were moldy so I tossed them out. Sad, but oh well. I know you eat the Josephs sugar free peanut butter..I was so glad to finish that tasteless jar. I now use the natural organic trader joes or adams brand…it tastes so much better and 1 gram of sugar is worth it to love my peanut butter again. Waiting for you to try the coconut bread before I buy the flour. I trust you to let us know how good it is. I also am liking the chia seeds..i just stir them in my vanilla unsweetened almond milk without anything else, wait for it to thicken and it tastes "interesting" sometimes…interesting is good! You look great! Marjie
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great day today! Look forward to hearing what the hubby has to say!
ReplyDeleteThanks for putting Jorge's menus up! I get a few survey emails from him but never links to the menus or anything.
