Sharing the Belly Fat Cure

Hi All,

I really didn't do much today, but I enjoyed myself and I feel great.

I started of making myself breakfast of:
Quinoa w/ mushrooms, onions, a 1/2 of left over pork chop cut up into pieces, 2 scrambled eggs and some butter, I put it all in a bowl and ate it that way. The Quinoa was recommended on the DR OZ show. Its like a very - very small grain, like rice (kind of). I bought it in bulk at Henry's 1 serving has 25g of carbs, 0 sugar, 5 of ea. protein and fiber.
It was good.

Hubby left early to do some stuff before working on the night shift tonight. So I decided to go and get my nails done again. It's almost 2 weeks and they looked crappy. Hubby and I saw a new place near Henry's mkt that looked real nice so I decided to go there.
I had my toes done w/silver on the bottom and a black crackle on top looks so cool.

But she couldn't do the same for the gel on my nails so I got this cherry red sparkly color.

I just sat and talked my head off to the woman sitting next to me about the Belly Fat Cure. I told her to friend me on Facebook so I could help her to do the BFC.

I can't help it - I just tell everyone about how I lost 83lbs and how I did it.

I feel so fabulous that I even had her do a facial on me too. Yeah - I know it was a lot of money, and I am not working right now, but it felt so great! Can you believe I have never had a facial in my life.??? I am definately gonna have to do that on a regular basis from now on. My face feels FABULOUS!

So then I went to the Sam's club gas station and then into Sam's club. Got some spinach and blackberries and was passing the table where the wine is and a lady was telling me about this new wine. Cabernet Savignon and Merlot mixed together. And, yup you guessed it, I told her all about the Belly Fat Cure and how I lost 83lbs and told her to friend me on facebook also.

I am starting to annoy myself. I should really be getting paid by Jorge for all this. LOL!

Well that's it. Thanks for listening. Please leave your comments. And don't forget to visit all my friends blogs on the list below.

Share the BFC with Others!

My thought for the day:

The Journey Matters

the Journey Matters Positive QuoteIt is good to have an end to journey towards; but it is the journey that matters in the end.

Keep on BFC 'n :-)

  1. You are doing a great service to tell others about the BFC! I love your toe nails!!! Very cool. We still have not had weather remotely compatible to a pedicure! Ugh!!!

  2. I didn't know they could put crackle in polish! Looks way cool. Tommorrow I'm signed up for another session with my Body Work gal. Used to call it a messauge. She's working all the snap, pop, and crackle out of my neck, back, and feet, so Body Work it is, and it feels so great! I'd like another facial too, but my body needs the attention more. Can't afford it either but it's so worth it. Enjoy your toes!

  4. The Quinoa I have been able to get here in Canada has 4 sugars so I stopped using it for now.

  6. I love the nails.....Opi now carries the black polish that crackles like that but hard to find. My doctor has been trying to talk me into using Quinoa as my cereal just because it is gluten free and high in protein. I guess I need to give it another try the first time I tried it I did not like it to much. Sounds like you had a great time pampering yourself today...we have to treat ourselves to nice things once in awhile.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
