Year 2, Thursday wk 12 on the Belly Fat Cure

Good Morning,

Just wanted to make a quick post. Not much happening. Great weather!

Oh I went to Kohl's yesterday to use my Kohl's cash i got from the time before which expires in a few days. Then I got another peel off coupon in the mail - and yo guessed it - I got 30% again. So I went back to try to find a few pair of shorts or capri's, since its gonna get hot soon and I have none any more.

I really have fun over there. So I got 2 pairs of shorts that are tight and go above the knee. Are those shorts or capris? Well and I got a cute paisley purple (of course) summer dress. And I kept seeing this cute light weight like a trench coat in black and white leopard lately every time I go in. It was too expensive but this time it said 1/2 off and with the 30% off it came to under $30 - so I got it.

Yesterday I ate:
breakfast; 2 french toast made w/ oasis bread and joseph's sugar free syrup and butter, and a chicken-cheese patty.

lunch: I was our and had a bowl w/brown rice veggies and beef. didn't eat all the rice.

snack; cheese and a few of these, they are like nuts. They are on the amazon.com widget at the top. no sugar few carbs, high in protein and fiber and the highest source for Omega 3.


dinner; shiratak noodles w/ some mushrooms, asparagus, boca bites (like a boca burger - but in bites . comes in a bag frozen). and some alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese. 
And of corse some RediWhip and my 2 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate.

I have some errands to run - So I hope every one has a great day!!

  1. They are called "Bermuda Shorts" if they come right above you knee. :) I love Kohls, I got $10 coupon in the mail and plan on using it this weekend. :)

    I will have to try the nut like things you post a picture on, great if they are Omega rich. :)

  2. I'm trying to wean myself from the Ross Store we have here. I usually spend about 85.00 a pop in there. So it's a good thing we don't have a Kohl's Store in the islands. I'd be broke, oh yea, I already am. Hehe. Glad you got some great buys!

  3. I got a cute trench coat too! But I need to be more patient and wait for the sales. I get the bermuda shorts too, everything else seems way too short. But then maybe these make my legs look short! They cover the thighs and that is all that matters ;-)

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
