This is where the hard part comes in. You have to be consistent with your diet and not give up. Even if you are not losing, DON"T STOP what you are doing.
I really don't eat all my 6 carbs a day. I haven't for a while now. That doesn't mean that you should do the same thing. In the first 2 months I always ate all my 6 carbs a day. So there is not much that I can change right now to lose any faster. I eat lots of veggies.
Yesterday I ate:
breakfast: I had a pita pizza made witha sara lee wheat pita, seeds of change pasta sauce, and cheese, and of course Barleans, all my vitamins and 2 cups of coffee with purevia, half and half, cinnamon, and Metamucil. (I just recently tried Purevia, and its just as good as Truvia.)
lunch: salad with tuna, blue cheese, avocado, bacon bits, croutons, and ceasar dressing.
dinner: I had my stir fry veggies with tofu and shirataki noodles seasoned with Braggs, and curry and a bit of sesame oil. (This is still my favorite)
