A lot of people keep saying that I should work out now that I have lost. I just have to say that I never liked doing it before and still don't want to. I am not a weight lifty kind of gal. Sorry people :-} I just like to walk fast (almost to the point of running - but not running).
Last night for dinner I had a steak and a salad with feta cheese and bacon bits and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing with only 1 sugar. And we had some red wine (Cabernet).
Breakfast this morning: eggs with sauted onions, mushrooms and avocado and cheese. And some cottage cheese and of course all my vitamins and coffee with half and half and cinnamon and purevia.
I absolutely love telling everyone I can about the Belly Fat Cure, and how I have lost all this weight so far. I know it might not be right for everyone, but is the right diet for a lot of us.
A few key things to remember when doing the BFC:
- eat 3 times a day (very important!)
- always drink water - no more diet or sugar free drinks with artificial sweeteners.
- no carbs after 3 pm
- keep a can of RediWhip in the fridge and take a squirt when you get a sugar craving. 0/0 - 15 calories
- get lots of fiber (in which ever way is best for you)
- DON"T CHEAT! You are only cheating on yourself!
- Commit 100% and don't give up!
Thanks for listening. Love to all of my BFC friends. Please leave your comments.
My thought for the day;
I have found many people in need of support. Please find new friends that are doing the BFC and support them. It's lonely and scary doing this.
Keep on BFc ' n :-)

Those are GREAT tips. I don't know how you do no carbs after 3pm. I want to get there, but that is the time of day I get the most hungry, and my family has to have carbs with dinner (I have a husband and 2 boys under age 6). I hope I can get there though!
