I just ate the best lunch. I made some stir fry vegetables of: (small amt of ea.) onions, green pepper, yellow squash, garlic, mushrooms, baby bok choy. I cut up some firm tofu and made a sauce of: 1 spn of corn starch, 2 spoons curry powder and mixed it with some Braggs amino acids. That's like soy sauce but healthy. I let the tofu sit in the sauce while I stir fry the veges in olive oil. When done I added some Shiritaki noodles 0/0 (drained and rinsed) then the tofu with the sauce and mixed all together until it was warm in the pan. To me, this is very - very good and very low calorie and healthy.
Well this morning I was back down to 197lbs. I was hoping to be at 195 by now. I don't understand how some people can eat so little like me and loose like crazy. I was really hoping that by the end of this month I would be at a 50lb loss.
On Saturday my neighbor is having one of their famous parties. It is 2 of their kids birthdays around the same time, so they are having a party for both. To be honest I haven't been to one of their parties since I started the Belly Fat Cure. They always have a DJ and tons of food and booze of all kinds. They are very generous and the best neighbors you could ask for.
So whats my point?? ALL THE FOOD AND BOOZE!! Well I'll let you know how I do.
Thanks for listening. Love to all of my BFC friends. Please leave your comments.
My thought for today: I'm so glad I have my 2 dogs. They make me smile when I am feeling blue.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.
