Friday of week 20: The Belly Fat Cure

Some days I wake up a little disappointed because I am not down in my weight. As it says on the cover of Jorge's book; The Belly Fat Cure, you can loose 4-9 lbs every week. So we expected that to happen every week. Well in reality I know that is not going to happen. We are all different, all of our bodies are different.

This has got to be the easiest and healthiest way of being I have ever been. Although  I really do miss all the Belly Bad stuff when I get out in public, but I will not stray. I seem to have this amazing will power for some reason. I never had any will power before. Weird HUH??

Ok - wait, I got off point didn't I? Today was not one of those days. I am 196 today. That's 42 lbs. down so far. I cannot explain how extremely weird I feel. Excited, happy, feel like crying, looking forward to the future when I will be at 150 lbs again.

Thanks for listening. Love to all my BFC Friends. Please leave your comments.

My thought for today: Have faith in yourself!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

  1. I think it is great what you are doing for yourself. I too have a similar loss record, and feel the best I've felt about myself ever.

Validating your truth EVERY DAY means doing the best you can do for your nutritional health and it's the epicenter of Self Respect. Thank you for being a shining light in this world!

  2. You are doing great Rosalie! Just keep it up, it the consistency that really makes the difference!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
