Sunday of week 21: The Belly Fat Cure

I am very happy to say that I took out a pair of shorts out of my drawer today they actually fit. I have not worn them for boo koo years. I can't even remember when I wore them last or why I was keeping them.

So I think that now I am actually and officially a size 16 woo hoo. I was a tight size 18 before. Everything is very big on me and I look like a clown. So I guess I am gonna have to break down and buy something that will fit. I don't want to waste money because I plan to loose more weight.

I am posting some pictures (what ever I can find) of my transition. I hated my picture to be taken because of my weight. So I will try my best.  LOOK BELOW

For breakfast this morning I had: 1 hard boiled egg, 8 blackberries, and a pita pizza made with pasta sauce and cheese, and of course my 2 cups of coffee with truvia, half and half and cinnamon.

Thanks for listening. Love to all my BFC friends. Please leave your commens.

My thought for today:
Let loved ones call you silly names
like "Stinky" and "Sweet Pea"

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

  5. Rosalie,
First and foremost I read most of your blogs and I have to tell you that I totally relate to what you are saying about dieting the way we look at ourselves and how to overcome the demons that are inside us regarding food. I try to view food as a tool to survive but by the end of the day I finf myself caving in to the temptations of sweets or I have waited to long to eat and grab the first thing I see. You look amazing I am so proud of you for trying each day and if you mess up you go right back. I am a social eater and a emotional eater so when things go bad for the day I eat. I bought the book and it is somewhere I forgot you inspire me to pick it up again.
    Keep up the good work.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
