Friday of week 19: Whatever

I felt kind of bad when I woke up this morning. My weight was back up to 199lbs again. Now, I realize I am being a bit dramatic. Its only 1 lb heavier that my last posted weight. But you have to realize that I was down to 197 the other day. That's 41lbs down and today I am at 39lbs down.
Before I started the BFC my weight went up and down 5lbs over night, So I guess if it goes right, my weight will be at 196 in a few days, Huh?? LOL. Well heres to hoping.
I guess this is where some people that are new to the BFC say, This isn't working and quit. Well I have news for you - Life isn't a bed of roses. There are gonna be some days (especially for women) that we won't loose or even go up a couple of pounds. Such is Life!!

My thought for today: We must learn to have patients. We can't focus so much on 2 little pounds. This will work if we do it right. :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
